  Home Team uses only biodegradeble
cleaning agents, while rinsing foilage before,  during and after.

Should I seal my deck/fence?  Yes. We use  Wolman brand wood care products.
, and remember, like anything else, proper preparation is the key to a lasting finish.
Often our customers will opt to have us clean and prep their deck/fence then do the sealing themselves. Thats fine too!
UPDATE! due to increased demand we are now also using some customer preffered staining products to keep up with the many color options available

The Wolman brand water-based sealer is unique in the way its applied AND absorbed. Right after we clean the deck/fence, at its cleanest point, we apply the sealer or Stain.
Note: some stains do require 24-48 hrs dry time before applying.

Now while this wood is expanded, due to the cleaning prep, ph adjustment, and "Nuetralizer" the  Wolman brand sealer gets pulled right into the damp wood, then, as the wood dries it shrinks a bit giving it a very tight seal. A process quite different from conventional sealers that require you to apply it to a dry surface.

All sealers will bead nicely for a short period after being sealed but do not expect the beading to continue for the length of the warranty.
Treated wood manufacturers recommend cleaning and sealing your deck every two years. If you'r concerned about the "Pressure Treated"  chemical leaching from the wood you can clean and seal once a year.
